The Orea brewer is different than other brewers. While in most other flat bed brewers, the goal is to lift the filter up, in the Orea brewer, we encourage you to lay it totally flat. This helps with consistency and repeatability while keeping speeds high. We also recommend that you pre-wet the filters, with boiling water - to make sure they sit well, wash out any paper taste and pre-heat your brewer.
If you purchased a separate sleeve, you would have received it flat-packed. This short guide illustrates how to assemble the sleeve, step by step.
