Orders placed between November 14 and December 14 are experiencing shipping delays due to Royal Mail strikes. Royal Mail processing centres are severely backlogged, which results in parcels sitting in a state for extended periods of time. Further strikes are planned for December 14, 23, 24.

All orders placed in this period have been handed to Royal Mail the day your tracking email was sent. We appreciate the waiting times may be frustrating, but we ask for everyone's patience while these backlogs are resolved by Royal Mail.
