Meet Lautaro

The Sense Collection is a collaboration with Argentinian industrial designer Lautaro Lucero. Hailing from a coastal town in beautiful Argentina, Lautaro has a unique approach to product development and design.

With this collection we seek to explore the full sensory potential of vessels as we look to create the best family of products for enjoying specialty coffee and more.

We start at the premise that the humble coffee mug was not made with light roasted specialty coffee in mind. In the modern form of specialty coffee, we observe delicate extractions with intense aromas and complex flavour profiles.

Together with Lautaro, we explore and research the best shapes, materials, and processes to bring these special coffee characteristics out. We take inspiration from the world of wine, beer, and fine tea, while always making sure Lautaro's style shines through.

Some of the items in the Sense Collection are hand-made by Lautaro in his studio in the north of Spain - such as the Sense Tray and the Sense Coaster.
