Some of the items on our shop are in pre-order state, while others are in stock and ready to ship.
Please note that every single product page has a shipping notice at the top and bottom of the page along with an expected shipping date in the page title. Your order will ship when all items in the order are ready to ship. For example, if your order contains a product stated to ship within March and another stated to ship within April, your order will ship in April. If you prefer to receive some items early, we kindly ask you to place separate orders for those items.
We are currently on track to dispatch all pre-orders within the SLA.

FAQ
Why are different items shipping at different times?
The items shipping in March are either already in our warehouses or shipped and on the way to our warehouses. The items shipping in April are currently in transit from manufacturer (like our porcelain products) or just backlogged in production (like negotiator tools).
What does "within" a certain month mean?
This means that we plan to dispatch these items before the end of the calendar month. In all cases, we hope to be on the early side of the month but we are keen to give time for customs, processing, picking, packing. So for example - if you order on March 2nd for an item listed as "shipping within March", don't expect your order to ship March 3rd. It will ship during the month of March and we will do our best to make it as early as possible during March. As we operate from 3 warehouses, each will dispatch at slightly different paces.
Are there any risks with my pre-order?
We have been working on a pre-order base for years for the majority of our launches. However, things do sometimes get delayed, though we have kept this to a minimum. Over the last release of around 20 new products in September 2023, we managed to dispatch over 80% within our stated time-frame through difficult times like Black Friday, Christmas, and the start of a new conflict in the world. We did suffer delays on a couple of items due to macro factors out of our control. However, the current lineup is at a different stage and we don't expect any delays with this batch of orders. The world is complex and when you deal with shipping, unexpected things can happen. Wars, conflicts, or extraordinary events can always cause unexpected delays as we have learned over the years.
Where do you ship to?
Our USA Store ships ONLY to the US
Our EU store ships ONLY to EU-member states (currently not to Spain, due to carrier issues)
Our Global/UK shops ships to most countries in the world (currently not to EU-member states). If your country is not available on check-out, it means that we have had a history of bad experiences shipping there and for now may not be possible to ship.
What if I want expedited shipping?
If you want to receive parcels with carriers like DHL or FedEX for faster delivery, we recommend using a parcel forwarding service and ordering from our UK shop to a local UK address. For orders above £50, shipping to a UK address is free of charge. We don't currently have an option available for expedited international shipping via specific couriers.
