Here by popular demand! Experience a new way to brew with the Orea Brewer using a lower bypass filter fit to reach higher extractions and explore a different brew method within the same brewing system. These filters go together with the negotiator tool.
The small size fits the Orea V2 and the Small (155) Orea V3. The large size fits the Large (185) Orea V3.
The "Negotiator" is an open-source project kindly supported by Uido Design Studio. You can download the 3D printing files for free and print your own on Thingiverse. The idea behind this project is very much to give the community something to experiment with and explore new ways of brewing.

Where is this paper from?
The paper is sourced from Japan, but cut to shape in China.
What is the size of the paper filter?
The circular paper filters have a diameter of 155mm or 185mm.
Can you use the "Negotiator" with other brewers?
The Negotiator is an imprint of the interior shape of the Orea V2 - but you could also use it for other flat bed brewers that have a similar geometry. It's not something we have tried, but others in the community have used it across other devices too.
Can I use other filters for the "Negotiator" too?
Yes - the Negotiator can also be used to fit conical filters (v60, kono, etc) or trapezoid filters (cafec, etc) into the Orea Brewer. So you are not locked in to one system if you'd like to explore other papers and methods.
